3 Intake rocker arm
4 Locknut (M12)
5 Ball thrust screw
u Loosen locknut 4 of intake rocker arm 3.
u Position feeler gauge 8 with the right thickness between rocker ball cap 2 and valve
bridge 1.
u Turn ball thrust screw 5 with Allen key 10 until feeler gauge 8 moves with a slight resistance
between rocker ball cap 2 and valve bridge 1.
u Hold ball thrust screw 5 in position with Allen key 10 and tighten locknut 4 to torque.

u Confirm valve clearance with feeler gauge 8.
u Repeat the procedure for exhaust rocker arm 7.
Information
Remove screw plug 6 on top of the cylinder head cover for easier access to the ball thrust
screw of exhaust rocker arm 7.

Install screw plug 6 on top of the cylinder head cover after the procedure is completed.

u Mark the cylinder when clearance is correct on both intake and exhaust sides.
