u Inspect the crankcase breather oil separator.
u Search for possible leaks between the cover of the crankcase breather oil separator and the
housing.
u Search for possible leaks between the housing of the crankcase breather oil separator and
the support.
u Inspect the pipes between the crankcase breather oil separator and the air intake of the
exhaust gas turbocharger. Search for possible cracks or cuts.
u Record and report any defect.
If defect is detected:
u Make sure that authorized service personnel correct the defect.
