u Clean the battery charging alternator from body to fan with an air blow gun.
u Inspect overall condition of the battery charging alternator.
u Check for loose cable connections.
u Clean the alternator pulley with an air blow gun.
u Check pulley for external damage or excessive play with the rotor.
u Record and report any defect.
If defect is detected:
u Make sure that authorized service personnel replace the battery charging alternator.
