4 Installation and Cable Connection
Expected Result
The connections are correct. The input
1L1, 1L2, 1L3, 1N, 2L1, 2L2, 2L3, and 2N
of the integrated UPS are correctly
connected. Cables are correctly
connected to the active and standby
power supplies of the ATS.
The phase sequences of UPS input and
output live wires are correct.
Use a multimeter to check that the
voltage between positive and negative
terminals and N terminals of batteries is
correct.
The inside and outside of the cabinet are
free from conductive dust or other
sundries.
Check that copper bars are open-
circuited using a multimeter or an
insulation resistance tester.
If the SPD switch is OFF, turn it on.
The inside and outside of the cabinet are
free from conductive dust or other
sundries.
1. There is no foreign matter (such as
copper wires and screws) on the top
of the cabinet.
2. There is no foreign matter on the
copper bar terminals.
3. There is no foreign matter around
switch terminals.
4. There is no foreign matter on the
bottom plate of the cabinet.
5. There is no foreign matter on the rear
module subrack.
The dust covers on the cabinets are
intact. Any damaged air filter should be
replaced promptly.
Do not remove the dust covers during
construction or before power-on.
Otherwise, the equipment may be
damaged.
