Description
Disconnection
High
A Disconnection alarm will be given when the measured flow
exceeds the expected leakage flow at the set Pressure for
15 seconds.
Too high leakage in the patient circuit.
The patient has removed the mask.
Circuit disconnection.
The leakage is back within limits.
The Vivo 3 will continue treatment according to the current
settings
Description
High EPAP
Medium
A High EPAP alarm will be given when EPAP has gone 30%
above the set value for 3 breaths.
Blocked leakage port.
Too short expiratory time.
Changes in airway resistance and or compliance.
EPAP has gone below the alarm limit (lower than 30% above
the set value).
The Vivo 3 will continue treatment according to the current
settings.
Description
Low EPAP
Medium
A Low EPAP alarm will be given when EPAP has gone 30%
below the set value for 3 breaths.
Excessive leakage.
EPAP has gone above the alarm limit (higher than 30% below
the set value).
The Vivo 3 will continue treatment according to the current
settings.
