the Master Grande tradition tourbillon Cylindrique à quantième Perpétuel
watch has a self-winding mechanical movement and its perpetual calendar func-
tions are displayed in a way that is both elegant and extremely easy to read.
this watch is also equipped with a flying tourbillon associated with a cylindrical
balance-spring that guarantees an exceptional quality of timekeeping.

accuracy and precautions for use

the precision of watch models with mechanical movements is determined by
the balance. the latter oscillates at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
despite all the care that the master watchmakers of the Jaeger-leCoultre Manu-
facture have lavished on building and assembling your watch, its accuracy is sub-
ject to the influence of gravity, magnetic fields, impacts and ageing of the oils. the
precision of a watch is measured by its regularity of rate in various positions.
your individual temperament and your activities could be the cause of slight ir-
regularities. if you observe a discrepancy in the running of your watch, we advise
you to entrust it to an authorised Jaeger-leCoultre retailer who will make the
necessary adjustments. Watches with hand-wound mechanical movements must
not be used while practicing sports which may involve impacts or abrupt actions,
such as golf or tennis for example.

Water resistance

your Jaeger-leCoultre watch is water-resistant to 5 bar/atm. the water resistance
of your watch is identifiable by the
symbol engraved on the back.
this means that your timepiece has been tested at an overpressure of 5 bar,
corresponding to an immersion pressure of 50 metres (1 bar/atm = approx.
10 metres).
in accordance with the iso 22810/niHs 92-20 standard, in order to guarantee
the durability of the watch's characteristics over time and as the water resistance
may be affected by certain activities, it is recommended that the user:
