The paper is jammed at the PS04 sensor, that is, under the cutter.
The lead edge of the paper is reaching PS04 too quickly.
The lead edge of the paper is not reaching PS04.
When rewinding the roll paper, it is reaching PS04 too quickly.
When rewinding the roll paper, there is still paper at the PS04 position even after the
estimated paper pass-through time is exceeded.
