7.3 Heating and rinsing the unit

1. Switch on the unit.
2. Tap the "Manual cooking" button.
The Manual cooking menu is displayed.
3. Steam cooking mode for 15 minutes at 100 °C (212 °F).
4. Rinse the cooking chamber thoroughly with clear water.
5. Operate hot air cooking mode for 5 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F).
6. Open the cooking chamber door and leave it ajar until the unit is
used again.
7. Complete the start-up operation report.
