Reduction of maximum air kerma rate

One of the following FL curves must be programmed: S2, HC2, or IODINE.
The FL curve S2, HC2, or IODINE must be used for the following adjustment.
The X-ray tube cover must be installed.

Protect yourself against radiation exposure. Wear a
lead apron.
Regulations in some countries require the reduction of the
maximum air kerma rate.
Depending on the country, the measuring unit for air kerma
rate is either "R/min" or "mGy/min" (10 R/min = 87 mGy/min).
This section, as an example, describes how to reduce the
maximum air kerma rate to 45 mGy/min. However, in each
country the respective limit value of that country has to be
used for calculation.
