11. CRANKCASE/CRANKSHAFT
CRANKCASE SEPARATION
Remove the pivot bolt of cam chain tensioner
and cam chain tensioner slipper.
Ckeck if the O-ring damaged.
Remove three bolts attaching to the right
crankcase.
Remove one bolt mounted on the side as left
picture.
Remove the right crankcase

Do not damage the crankcase gasket
surface.
Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
Remove the crankshaft from the left
crankcase.
