7. CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
ADJUST VLAVE CLEARANCE
Inspect and adjust valve clearance.
Valve Clearance:
IN: 0.10 mm EX: 0.10 mm
Loosen the lock nut and adjust by turning the
adjusting screw to the specified clearance
then tighten lock nut.

INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER
Install a new cylinder head cover gasket and
Install the cylinder head cover.

Be sure to install the O-ring into the
groove properly.
Apply some sealing agent around the
indicated corners of gasket to prevent from
oil leaking.
Install and tighten four cylinder head cover
bolts.
Torque:
Cylinder head cover bolts: 0.85 kg-m
