6. ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
ENGINE REMOVAL
Remove the frame body cover(2-6).
Disconnect the battery negative cable.
Disconnect the engine negative cable.
Disconnect the A.C. Generator wire and CPS
connector.
Disconnect the starter motor cable from the
starter relay.
Remove the spark plug cap.
Remove the ignition coil's wire.
Remove the O2 sensor wire.
Disconnect the ECU connector
Disconnect the engine water temperature
sensor connector.
Remove the fuel injector's wire.
Remove the throttle cable.
Remove the vacuum tube.
Remove the fuel tube attaching to injector.
Remove the wire attaching the start motor.
Disconnect the input water hose.
