MAINTENANCE ANO TUNE-UP PROCEDURES
BATTERY SOLUTION LEVEL CHECK
Battery solution level should be between UPPER level and
L0WER level. lf level is low, add distilled water only.

Once the battery has been initially serviced, NEVER add
diluted sulfuric acid, or you will damage the battery. Fol­
low the battery manufacturer's instructions for specific
maintenance procedures.
BATTERY SOLUTION GRAVITY CHECK
Measure gravity of battery solution using hydrometer.
Battery solution gravity: 1.28 at 20ºC

Bolt and Nuts
lnspect initially after 10 hours (1 month) and every 100
hours (6 months).
