POWER UNIT
ENGINE OIL COOLER (140 ONLY)
Removal
4. Remove the STBD side lower cover.
5. Using oil filter wrench to loosen the oil filter G), then
remove engine oil filter and O-ring.

6. Disconnect both inlet ~ and outlet@ water hoses from
engine oil cooler.
7. Loosen oil filter stand @, then remove the oil filter stand
and engine oil cooler assembly @.
NOTE:
Use socket wrench to /oosen the oíl ti/ter stand.
lnstallation
1. lnstall seal ring @ to oil cooler assembly.
2. Place the engine oil cooler assembly

to cylinder block.
NOTE:
When installing the oíl cooler, puta locating pin
(2)
at the sur­
tace of rib in the cylinder block as shown in the figure.
