The activity indicator will show activity on clock 1.
Set the State Clock options:

For State Clock 1, select Pod 1 Clock and Both edges.

Perform the normal and complement tests for Pod 3 and
4
Pod 4, changing the connection to the pod, setting
thresholds, making channel assignments, etc., as
appropriate.
Upon completion, the logic analyzer is completely tested.
