17. Install the 8 pins inside the rotor.
Two pins per hole.
19. Carefully lower the rotor assembly into
the housing. Taking care not to damege
the side plate or the bearing. Spray the
rotor with clean filtered water before
installing the vanes.
21. Install the rotor stop in the portflange.
Use a small amount of grease on the
bottom of the rotor stop to keep the
rotor stop from falling out when the
flange is turned around.

18. Spray the inside of the housing with
clean filtered water before installing
the rotor.
20. Install the vanes. Use a screwdriver to
push the pins in place to allow room
for the vanes. Steel inside vanes
should be visible clock wise to
the shaft center.
22. The narrow part of the motor stop must
point downwards.
