Remove all bolts from the motorflange.

Put the motorflange assembly and
the pins aside and continue with the
remaining vanepump.
11.
Remove the vanes from the housing,
and the pins from the rotor.

Carefully move the motorflange. The
rotor stop may drop out of its sleeve
when lifting the flange, but can easily
be installed again.
10.
Carefully remove the rotor by lifting it
out of the housing. Place it in vertical
position, shaft upwards to avoid the
pins inside rotor from falling out.
12.
The vanepump is now ready for basic
inspection. The remaining steps are
only required if detailed inspection of
all parts are needed.
