The spikes may not appear exactly at the
four quadrant positions due to mechanical
properties of machine tool, but a little
distance away from the quadrant points.
Estimate the time to travel this distance
and then set the time as the value of this
parameter.
The larger the value is, the more obvious the
compensation result will be.
