– Remove the driver side lower instrument panel cover mount
-2- -arrow-.
– Disconnect the connector -3-.
– Remove screws -1 and 4- and remove accelerator pedal mod‐
ule.
Installing
• Tightening specification. Refer to
⇒ "5.1 Overview - Accelerator Pedal Module", page 68
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
– Install the driver side lower instrument panel cover. Refer to
⇒ Body Interior; Rep. Gr. 68 .
If the accelerator pedal module with throttle position sensor or
engine control module are replaced in vehicles with automatic
transmission, the kick-down adaptation must be adapted in
