– Disconnect fuel line -arrow- by pressing release button.
– Lay aside right locking flange with auxiliary heater intake lines
connected.
Note
Ignore items -1 to 4-.
– Grasp in fuel tank opening and remove Fuel Level Sensor - G-
through guide in direction of -arrow 2- while pressing locking
tab -arrow 1-.
Note
Fuel Level Sensor - G- is shown without fuel tank to provide a
better illustration.
Installing
• Tightening specification. Refer to
⇒ "2.1 Overview - Fuel Delivery Unit and Fuel Gauge Sensor",
page 17 .
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Note
Replace seal.
– Insert Fuel Level Sensor - G- into guide until it engages audi‐
bly.
– Connect electrical connectors -1 and 2- on underside of right
locking flange.
