Bit Description and action recommendation
9 Bit 9 is set when a high-priority maintenance demand is pending.
n The PROFINET device has transmitted a high-priority maintenance request (maintenance alarm).
– Please check the diagnosis of the PROFINET device and, if necessary, contact the vendor of the
PROFINET device.
10 Bit 10 is set if a vendor- or channel-specific diagnosis is pending.
