6.3.2 Faxed original stamp function SP-501
• Mounting the optional "Stamp unit SP-501" allows a stamp to be placed on a faxed original.
• The stamp solenoid located upstream of the original exit roller is energized when the original is about to be fed out and the stamp mounted
on the solenoid plunger is pressed against the surface of the original. This places a faxed mark (+) on the surface of the original.
• This function is enabled when [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [Stamp] -> [Set] (default setting: Unset) is configured and the user selects
[Application] -> [Stamp/Composition] -> [TX Stamp] (default setting: OFF)" on the "Scan/Fax" screen.
• This function is not used for "Copy" or "Scan".
