Receiving
On receipt, visually inspect the product for any
physical damage. If necessary, contact the
transport company.
Check the delivered parts against the delivery
note. Contact your supplier if something is
missing, see Contact information.

Installation

Mechanical installation
Install the battery charger indoors in a
dry, clean and well-ventilated environment, unless
the charger is at least IPX4-rated. Comply the
dimensions specified for free space around the
battery charger, see Fig. 2 Installation.
1. Install the battery charger so that gases from
the battery charging process are not sucked in
by the battery charger fans.
2. Attach and secure the battery charger to a
wall with screws (not included).
CAUTION
The battery charger should always be securely
fastened.
Electrical overview
See figure Fig. 3 Connections and components:
1. Negative terminal (−).
2. Positive terminal (+).
3. Fuse, for specifications see Fuse protection.
4. Circuit board connector for option cable
signals (see below).
Option cable signals
If option cable signals are to be used, it is
recommended to first make wire connections
separately on the connector and then plug the
connector to the socket on the circuit board, see
Fig. 4 Option cable, signal pinout. For further
information contact service personnel.
Electrical installation

Incorrect connection of battery cables can cause
personal injuries and damage to the battery,
battery charger and cables.
Make sure the connections are correct.

High voltage!
Risk of live chassis.
Always connect the charger to a power outlet with
protective earth.
1. The battery charger is produced for different
mains voltages. Check that the power supply
at the site of the installation complies with the
rated voltage specified on the battery
charger's data label. The label is located on
the side of the charger. The charger is normal-
ly equipped with fixed mains cable with
connector.
2. Check the polarity of battery connector and
cable before connecting the battery. The
charger is normally delivered with a battery
cable with the following polarity.
Positive (+) = Red
Negative (−) = Blue or Black
3. Connect the battery cables to the battery.

2. STOP button
3. NFC symbol ( GET Ready – NFC)
4. Charging indicators (LED indication)
