EFI OVERVIEW

EFI SYSTEM COMPONENTS / LOCATIONS

q The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is located behind the engine compartment access panel.
w The Pedal Position Sensor (PPS) is located on the throttle pedal.
e The Fuel Pump / Sender is located in the fuel tank under the seat.
r The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor is located on the bottom side of the thermostat housing.
t The Fuel Injectors are located on the fuel rail between the intake manifold and the engine.
y The Fuel Pressure Regulator is located on the fuel rail between the intake manifold and the engine.
u The Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) is located under the cargo box access panel attached to the throttle
body.
i The Temperature and Manifold Absolute Pressure (TMAP) Sensor is located on the intake manifold.
o The Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) is located on the MAG cover.
