VALVE COVER INSTALLATION

1. Apply anti-seize compound to spark plug threads.

2. Install spark plugs and torque to specification.
TORQUE
Spark Plugs:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)
3. Prepare valve cover sealing surfaces by cleaning
thoroughly to remove all residue.
4. Inspect the valve cover seal
necessary.

5. Replace the isolators around each T40 bolt.
6. Install the four valve cover shoulder bolts
isolators using a T40 driver.
7. Torque valve cover bolts to specification.
TORQUE
Valve Cover Bolts:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)
