Section 10: Hardware Error Messages

Introduction

If a sequence of recommended actions apply to two or more error messages, the error numbers and texts appear on
the same page and are followed by the scenario and recommended actions applicable to them.
If an error message appears, click OK. The message disappears and the software resets. Switch the scanner OFF
and ON to perform a complete reset of the system. Perform a scan on an empty screen to see if the error repeats.
