Section 10: Error and Activity Logs
The CR 800 logs error, activity, and actuation information. All logs are created on the INTERNAL PC. They are time stamped, written in English, and can be accessed
from a remote location by authorized Service Personnel.
?Maybe this is superfluous since there is more and better information in diagnostics?? Should it just be eliminated?

Error History / Frequency
• Errors that cannot be corrected by the user, display only the Error Code on the TOUCHSCREEN.
• These errors, of a system or fatal nature, are logged in the Error History Log ??name?? and require the action of a Service Provider to clear the error. ?? I don;t
know if this is true??.
• Each error is recorded in the error log and labeled with the:
– Actuation count
– Date and time it was detected
– Error Code
• The number of times each error has occurred is retained in the Frequency Log ?? is this true?? If so, what other information is in this log??
• Actuation and Error Frequency counts are retained until they are cleared by a Service Provider. ?? Can these logs and reports be printed out??
• Error History / Frequency Logs are accessible only by authorized Service Personnel.

There are essentially 2 kinds of errors reported by the system, errors that the user
can do something about and errors that provide information to or require the
action of a Service Provider.
Error Messages (User Correctable)
• Error messages, along with associated error codes, are displayed on the
TOUCHSCREEN whenever there is a specific action that the user can
perform to correct a problem.
• An Error Message will also be displayed if there is danger of critical data
being altered or deleted.
• The Error Message provides clear instruction as to the actions the User must
perform before resuming operation.
• These error codes and messages are logged along with other Error Codes
with the same sorting capabilities. ??is this true or is there a separate file?/
