Laser Warning
When a service operation is taking place with the cover removed, disconnect the laser according to the procedure in
Replacing the Laser Board on Page
laser safety glasses at all times.

Solution
Check the wall socket.
Check that the UPS is turned on and functioning.
Check both ends of the power cord to ensure that they
are firmly connected. Replace the power cord if
necessary.
Check the fuse in the power input module. (See
Replacing the Fuses on Page
Check the power switch with DVM. Replace the power
switch if necessary. (See
Filter Module on Page
28.)
Using DVM check the power supply outputs and verify
that they reach all boards. Replace the power supply
module if necessary.
Check that the USB cord is firmly connected on both
ends.
Replace USB cord.
Install the USB driver (see the Installation Manual).
Controller Board on Page
Remove the cassette and insert it again.
Verify that the cassette contains a screen.
Check functionality of limit sensors. (See
