WARNINGS
Limitations:
• The performance analysis, required by ISO/DIS 7176-19:2019, was
conducted with the wheelchair in a forward-facing position in a frontal-
impact collisions test of 48 kph (30 mph).
• This wheelchair meets the testing standard required by ISO/DIS 7176-
19:2019 with the configurations defined at page 92 of the current manual.
Wheelchairs configured differently or with seating system provided by
another manufacturer have not been tested, therefore, Physipro Inc.
cannot guarantee the performance of these wheelchairs.
• Compliance with the ISO/DIS 7176-19:2019 standard does not prevent
injury or death of the wheelchair occupant, if implicated in a vehicle
collision.
In the event of an accident:
• If the wheelchair is implicated in an accident, cease all use of the
wheelchair immediately. Structural damage may have occurred even if
there are no visible signs of damage.
• After being involved in a vehicle collision, an inspection of the wheelchair
by a qualified representative of the manufacturer must be done before use.
WARNING: The warranty is void if a wheelchair is implicated in a vehicle
