7.2.15. CMD_ALLOWUNBONDEDCONNECTIONS_REQ

In case the SECFLAGS_BONDEDCONNECTIONSONLY_ENABLE bit has been set in the RF_SecFlags
user setting, this command temporarily allows the connection setup of unbonded devices until
the radio module is reset.
