The user setting DIS_HWVersion specifies the content of the hardware version field of the De-
vice Information Service. The permissible characters are in the range of 0x20 - 0x7E which are
special characters (see ASCII table), alphabetic characters (a-z and A-Z), numbers (0-9) and
whitespace.
To add the content of the DIS_HWVersion to the DIS profile, please set the
corresponding Bit in the DIS_Flags .

Set the hardware version to "1.2.3" using CMD_SET_REQ with settings index 23
