Unknown User Policy

After you have configured at least one database in the External User Databases
section of the HTML interface of Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS) for
Windows Server, you can decide how to implement other Cisco Secure ACS
features related to authentication and posture validation. These features are the
Unknown User Policy and user group mapping.
