Removing Hood (Only When Used)
Remove the hood from the endoscope after withdrawal.
(1) Remove the fixing rubber securing the hood.
(2) Slowly remove the hood from the distal end of endoscope.
When it is difficult to remove the hood, do it after
infiltrating cleaning fluid into the hood.
[Note]
Dispose of the removed hood.
Wear personal protective equipment when removing the balloon or hood.
There is a risk of infection.
When removing the balloon or hood, take care not to apply excessive
force to the endoscope.
It may damage the endoscope.
