Chapter 6 Method of Use
(10) Remove air to deflate the balloon on the distal end of the
endoscope.

Insert the endoscope.
(12) Feed air to inflate the balloon on the distal end of the
endoscope, and stabilize it within the body cavity.
(13) Remove air to deflate the balloon on the Over-tube.
(14)
Advance the Over-tube over the endoscope to a point close
to the balloon on the distal end of the endoscope.
(15) Feed air to inflate the balloon on the Over-tube, and
stabilize it within the body cavity.
(16)
Repeat steps (10) through (15) to advance the endoscope.
