The HPERC-IBR-MC unit coldplate is flat to a tolerance of ±0.1 mm across the diagonal. It is recom-
mended that the surface on which the HPERC-IBR-MC will be mounted is flat to a tolerance of
±0.15 mm across the diagonal.
