Overview of 4-Post Rackmounting and Setup Tasks
Task
Unpack the server, the ship kit,
and the rack kit.
Check that you have the required
parts for rackmounting.
Install the inner glides onto the
chassis.
Prepare the cabinet.
Install the slide assemblies onto
the cabinet.
Install the server into the cabinet.
Check that you have the cable
management arm and the cords
and cables for setup.
Restore the cabinet.
