The main switch should always be left switched on in order to provide a power

4.4.3 Filling the waterways

Setting the elevation
Faulty sterilisation due to air pressure conditions
Correct sterilisation can only be assured if the STERIclave B is adapted to prevai‐
ling air pressure conditions/elevations.
▶ Set the elevation correctly.
▶ The settings will need to be modified if the STERIclave B moves to a different
elevation.
The factory setting specifies an elevation of 100 m. For heights between 0 and 200
metres, the setting does not have to be changed, as differences in elevation of ±100
m will not impair the operation of the unit.
For reliable sterilisation, the selected value must not deviate from the actual value
by more than 200 m. An incorrect setting will extend the duration of the vacuum
cycle and can trigger incorrect and/or premature AL8 or AL5 error messages.

plete.
