1. INTRODUCTION
This troubleshooting guide is compiled to help field engineers solve some of
the more common field problems. However, it does not cover all the potential
problems. We request your help in improving our troubleshooting documenta-
tion. Whenever you encounter new field problems, please submit detailed re-
ports to the nearest service support office. We will then issue additional
troubleshooting information based on reports from you and other field service
engineers around the world.
1. The following is a comparison table showing the area you should check
first if you have image problems at periodic intervals.

2. If the problem is related to electrical circuit boards, first disconnect, then
reconnect the connectors before replacing the PCBs. (In case of the dc
power supply board, refer to NOTE in the replacement procedure.)
