Weather Overlay
When Nesis is equipped with a WiFi module and it has a live access to the
Internet (EU only) or when it is equipped with an ADSB receiver supporting
GDL90 protocol (US only) a weather overlay is shown over the base map.
The transparency of the weather can be adjusted.
3.8.1
Approach Maps
Nesis automatically shows approach maps as an overlay over base map. A
special desktop application called Approacher is used to prepare approach
maps from various sources. Anyone can prepare his own set of approach
maps. Figure 10 shows one such example for the LJPZ airfield.
