4.6.4 Solar Photovoltaic Curve Simulation Function (SAS)

The IT6000C series power supply provides the maximum power point tracking
(MPPT) mechanism built-in, and it is very important to test the efficiency of this
MPPT. The PV array/module/cell is a device that converts from light energy to
electric energy. It is made by a simple semiconductor PN junction that the major
output characteristic is that there's only one maximum power point (MPP) at cer-
tain sunlight intensity. The PV inverter is designed to track this point to harvest
maximum energy that is generated by the PV array. SAS function menu is as
follows:

Indicates to enter the SAS function mode and wait for the
trigger to run the currently selected PV curve file.
