When heatsink overheats, it will signal to prevent OH turn
off the drive. When it is higher than 85oC (185oF), it will be
ON.
Active when the DC-BUS voltage exceeds level

Active when the direction command is FWD

Active unless there is an output frequency present at
terminals U/T1, V/T2, and W/T3.
