1. In MOSS-E, double-click the Service Processor object.
2. Click Configuration Management.
3. Double-click SP Customization.
4. Select Enable DCAF Link/Operations, View Customize in the parallel
column, and NetView Link/Operations. Check that your modem is
selected in the Modem type field and click Next.
