Troubleshooting
Malfunction
Vacuum generation is not work-
ing.
The vacuum pump's automatic
switch-off function is not working.
The battery is not charging.

Cause
The battery is discharged.
The electrical power supply is in-
terrupted.
The vacuum generation is defec-
tive.
The battery is in sleep mode.
Leaks in the suction system.
Location of use is higher than
800 m above sea level.
Fault on the charging device.
The battery is deeply discharged.
Solution
necessary.
 Charge or replace the battery.
 Check the cabling.
 Check the vacuum generation
and, if necessary, contact
Probst service.
 Activate the battery (> See ch.
Check before starting work).
Check the suction system for air-
tightness and repair if necessary.
At altitudes of higher than 800 m
above sea level, the vacuum
pump works in continuous opera-
tion.
