Lambda/4 Plate Holder
4. Open the fluorescence module drawer.
5. Pull out the fluorescence module.
6. Remove the filter cube/beam splitter.
7. Insert the desired filter cube/beam splitter.
8. Reinsert the fluorescence module.
9. Close the fluorescence module drawer.
10. Carefully insert the /4 plate holder in the analyzer slot, see Figure 52.
