Observe the user manuals provided
Always observe all of the user manuals provided for the individual
components and peripheral devices.
If your system has an infrared laser (MP) or an optical
parametric oscillator (OPO), switch off the NDD detection
unit.
Now, shut down the workstation.
Switch off the lasers on the main switch board of the flexible
supply unit.
Switch off the scan head on the main switch board of the
flexible supply unit.
Switch off the workstation and the microscope on the main
switch board of the flexible supply unit.
Turn off any accessories being used.
