You must terminate a free topology segment. You can terminate the segment anywhere.

6 Related Drive Parameters
These parameters set the drive for operation with the option. Confirm correct parameter
settings in this table before you start network communications.
Note:
Hex.: MEMOBUS addresses that you can use to change parameters over network communication are
represented in hexadecimal numbers.
