CAUTION
- Do not apply external voltage to the signal input circuit.
- The external element is required to withstand Ic=10mA.
- Leakage from the external element is required to be 30μA or below.
This signal turns on at the same time as BCD data when stability is detected by Motion
Detect (MD). This signal is not output when the output data is a real time
value.("Motion Detect (MD)"on page 38)
This signal is output at the time of a sensor error or ±OVER.
