Introduction

SerialPort settings

SerialPort Mode

Enable/disable the serial port. This setting applies to all serial ports.
Requires user role: ADMIN, INTEGRATOR
Default value: On
Value space: Off/On
Off: Serial communication is disabled.
On: Serial communication is enabled.

SerialPort LoginRequired

Define if login shall be required when connecting to a serial port. If the device has more
than one serial port, this setting applies to all of them.
Requires user role: ADMIN
Default value: On
Value space: Off/On
Off: The user can access the device via the serial port without any login.
On: Login is required when connecting to the device via the serial port.
