Step 6: Door Assembly
Part 1
A: Place 1 (2052) Door Cross flush to the bottom and outside edges of (2057) Door Side Right and (2058) Door
Side Left. (fig. 6.1)
B: Place the second (2052) Door Cross in the middle notches of (2057) Door Side Right and (2058) Door Side
Left, flush to the outside edges. (fig. 6.1)
C: Place (2053) Door Arch tight to the top notches of (2057) Door Side Right and (2058) Door Side Left, flush to
the outside edges. (fig. 6.1)
D: Make sure assembly is square then attach top, middle and bottom boards with 6 (S1) #8 x 1-1/8" Wood
Screws per board. (fig. 6.1)
E: Starting tight to the bottom (2052) Door Cross, and working up, evenly space 3 (2051) Door Siding then 1
(2050) Door Siding Top tight to the inside edges of (2057) Door Side Right and (2058) Door Side Left. (2050)
Door Siding Top should sit tight to the bottom of (2052) Door Cross. Attach each (2051) Door Siding with 2 (S0)
#8 x 7/8" Truss Screws per board and (2050) Door Siding Top with 4 (S0) #8 x 7/8" Truss Screws. (fig. 6.1)
