DCC Control

The DCC Control command allows you to set the deployment type (daisy chain
or cascade) of your Multi-View KVMP™ Switch system and if commands are
applied to all cascaded secondary Multi-View KVMP™ Switches. Type your
command in the following format:
Command + Control + [Enter]
Command + Control
clone on
clone off
dcc on
dcc off
For example, to enable DCC control, type the following:
dcc on [Enter]
Note: 1. Each command string can be separated with a space.
2. To avoid RS-232 command loss, it is recommended to enter every
RS-232 command with a two-second gap.
Enable the clone mode with which commands are
automatically applied to all daisy-chained secondary Multi-
View KVMP™ Switches. For example, the command swp1
will switch the KVM focus of each daisy-chained, secondary
Multi-View KVMP™ Switch to its computer connected to port
1.
Disable the clone mode.
Sets the Multi-View KVMP™ Switch to the daisy chain mode.
Sets the Multi-View KVMP™ Switch to the cascade mode.
